Here's the short version of my story:
For the last several years I have been struggling with chronic illness. I have several issues, but few that doctors are able to effectively diagnose or treat.
One of my major problems is multiple food sensitivities. I have a very limited list of foods that I am able to tolerate and even with those I keep a food journal and eat them on a rotational basis.
Unfortunately, even with rotation I'll become sensitive to some foods that I have been eating, but it can be difficult to discern which foods are problematic. There are also some foods that were previously on the black list, but after a long break I can eat again.
I've found muscle testing to quite effective at discovering what foods are ok or not ok with me.
The kicker is that muscle testing requires two people.
I moved from Orlando earlier this year and my one fairly good friend doesn't feel that comfortable with muscle testing for some reason.
So I'm just looking for someone who would be willing to help me out with this. No special skills required.
If you have or suspect food sensitivities, I would be perfectly willing to test you on foods as well.
